Chetta S.r.l. has implemented its corporate organization by adopting the Organizational and Management Model as specified in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001. The company has done so to achieve the highest standards of safety, fairness, and transparency within its organization, in carrying out its business activities, and in its relationships with employees, suppliers, and commercial partners.

The company has also adopted best practices in business ethics and sustainability by implementing its Corporate Code of Ethics. This document requires that all business activities be conducted in compliance with the law and in a framework of fair competition, with honesty, integrity, fairness, and good faith. This is done with respect for the legitimate interests of clients, employees, shareholders, commercial and financial partners, and the communities in which the company operates.

The task of overseeing the proper functioning of the Organizational and Management Model and the Code of Ethics has been entrusted to a single-person Supervisory Body, in the person of lawyer Michele Bonsegna. Any communication regarding the following can be sent to this body at the email address odv231@studiolegalebonsegna.com:

  • Requests for clarification or interpretation of the contents of the Organizational and Management Model and the Code of Ethics;
  • Suggestions regarding the application of the Organizational and Management Model and the Code of Ethics;
  • Reports of violations of the Organizational and Management Model and the Code of Ethics, whether direct or indirect (from a whistleblower).

Therefore, in the spirit of maximum transparency and to ensure compliance with the principle of legality by managers, subordinates, and third parties working for or with Chetta S.r.l., anyone who has or wishes to have a relationship with the company must review and comply with the content of the Organizational and Management Model and the Code of Ethics, which are available for download below.
